Is there a free plan?
Yes — free forever, with one item in each of the three modules (Livestock, Crops, Horticulture — one batch, one field, one flower operation), full data capture and history, charts, and every monitoring agent on watch — frost, disease and mortality alerts included. AI features live on the paid plans.
What does it cost?
Garden and allotment plans start at £4.99/month; small–medium farm plans start at £9.99/month, scaling by the modules you run and the tier you choose. Annual billing gets two months free. Full pricing is shown during sign-up, before any payment.
Where does Grovabe work?
Grovabe is built for UK growers — sowing windows, disease-zone checks, climate suitability and local trends are all UK-specific. The app runs on iOS, Android and the web.
Can the alerts make things up?
No — and it's a design rule, not a hope. Every monitoring agent (mortality, weather, disease) is a deterministic check against real data. Livestock disease alerts come from live APHA restriction-zone data; crop disease alerts are clearly worded forecasts. AI writes your weekly reports and answers your questions — it never raises the alarm.
Who owns my data?
You do. You can export everything from Settings, and deleting your account removes it all. Local trends shown to other growers are only ever anonymous aggregates that at least five distinct farms stand behind — never your individual numbers.
I've lost access to my account
Use "Forgot password?" on the sign-in page first. If you use two-factor authentication and have lost your authenticator, a backup code will get you back in. Lost both? Email support@grovabe.com — though note that with two-factor enabled and both factors lost, access deliberately cannot be restored around it, so keep those backup codes safe.
