Not published yet — and we'd rather say so than guess
This will be the plain-English detail behind the Privacy Policy — exactly what's collected, how long it's kept, and who it's shared with — finalised ahead of the web launch on 5 October 2026. It's a distinct document because "we collect your data" and "here's precisely what that means in practice" deserve different levels of detail.

What's collected, and why
Farm and entity data you enter, location at settlement level (never an address), and AI chat/report interactions — each tied to a specific reason, not collected just in case.
Retention, with real numbers
AI interaction logs are purged after 24 months, cached AI answers after 30 days. Your own farm records are never capped or auto-deleted while your account is active.
Who it's shared with
Named sub-processors only — Supabase, Anthropic, Stripe, Resend, Open-Meteo and the other services Grovabe genuinely relies on — never sold, never shared for advertising.
Your rights, already built
Export everything or delete your account any time from Settings — live features today, not something waiting on the policy to catch up.
